Our delicious breakfasts are cooked in the country kitchen on the Aga using no added fats or oils.
They are served either in the private dining areas or on fine days in the courtyard or in the walled garden. We serve a variety of Scottish and continental breads for toasting, croissants with a selection of jams and marmalades and cereals and muesli. |

| Our free range meats are supplied by the award winning butcher Findlays of Portobello, and include sweet cured bacon, French country or Scottish venison sausages depending on the season, Scottish Champion prize winning haggis and black pudding. We also serve organic eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and other seasonal vegetables and fruits. We have a selection of teas and coffee is made in Italian Bialetti coffee makers.
